Courseware 10 : Comparison

Comparison activities develop an understanding most of mathematical order. Pattern recognition activities require pupils/ children to observe and continue patterns preparing them for learning to recognize numbers.  Number recognition and counting activities prepare our pupils for grade school level addition and subtraction exercises. 

            Check out my latest courseware! This courseware will help you teach your children/ pupils about comparison. This courseware help children with objects recognition by getting them to identify the objects characteristic.  This is some example that I'd made to teach my pupils under topic of Comparison.

Picture 2 : At this stage, pupils will decide to answer questions guided by teacher.

 Picture 3 : At this stage, pupils need to identify whether the answer is "True" or "False". Give $100 by clicking "Score" button if the answer is correct.

 Picture 4 : At this stage, pupils need to identify whether the answer by selecting the answers given. Give $200 by clicking "Score" button if the answer is correct.

 Picture 5 : At this stage, pupils need to "name" the answer themselves. Give $300 by clicking "Score" button if the answer is correct.

Courseware 9 : Shapes & Its Colours

Teaching or learning English Language will be more interesting when applying the interactive media in your presentations. By using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint, we can make simple interactive courseware presentation to help pupils or children understand better about shapes and write out name of colours on the spot.

                Check out my latest courseware. This courseware will help you teach your children/ pupils about shapes. This courseware incorporate learning to write name of colours guided by teacher. This courseware also help children with shape recognition by getting them to identify and color specific shapes. This is some example that I'd made to teach my pupils under topic of Shapes & Its Colours.

Picture 1 : This is the main page of this courseware.

Picture 2 : At this stage, pupils will know the objectives of their lessons.

Picture 3 : At this stage, teacher can teach their pupils on how to spell "Square" fluently and then ask their pupils to write down on how to spell the colour of shapes.

Picture 4 : At this stage, teacher give their pupils handouts or make them draw the shapes themselves and then follow the instructions given. After finished, teacher click on the screen to show the correct answer to their pupils.

Courseware 8 : My Clothes

Teaching or learning English Language will be more interesting when applying the interactive media in your presentations. By using the Microsoft Office PowerPoint, we can make simple interactive courseware presentation to help pupils or children understand better what are we trying to teach them. At last, we may ask pupils what they are wearing or what he/ she wearing (refers to picture of boy or girl). Believe me, they can remember and told you the name of dress/ clothes better. This is some example that I'd made to teach my pupils under topic of My Clothes. 

Picture 1: This is the main page of this courseware.

Picture 2: After click Enter, then this page will appear. At this stage, teacher will choose the questions by stages. For example Question 1 for the whole group the go to the Question 2 for the second stage and so on.

Picture 3: This is the example of Question 1. Pupils need to insert words on how to spell "hat" on the blue box provided. If the group spell correct, teacher will click "Score" button for the group before proceed to the next group.

Picture 4: This is the example of Question 2. Pupils need to insert words on how to spell "hat" on the blue box provided. If the group spell correct, teacher will click "Score" button for the group before proceed to the next group.

 Picture 5: This is the example of Question 3. Pupils need to insert words on how to spell "hat" on the blue box provided. If the group spell correct, teacher will click "Score" button for the group before proceed to the next group.

Picture 6: This is the picture of  their Scoreboard. Teacher need click the "Group A" to move the car if the Group A answer is correct until all the questions answered.

 Picture 7: This is the picture of  their Bonus section to identify the winner. Teacher need click the slide if the group find the correct answer row-by-row with group-by-group. Teacher click the Score button to set their marks.

Courseware 7: Pronouns

What is a Pronoun?

A pronoun can replace a noun or another pronoun. You use pronouns like "he," "which," "none," and "you" to make your sentences less cumbersome and less repetitive.

Grammarians classify pronouns into several types, including the personal pronoun, the demonstrative pronoun, the interrogative pronoun, the indefinite pronoun, the relative pronoun, the reflexive pronoun, and the intensive pronoun.

Personal Pronouns

A personal pronoun refers to a specific person or thing and changes its form to indicate person, number, gender, and case.

Subjective Personal Pronouns

A subjective personal pronoun indicates that the pronoun is acting as the subject of the sentence. The subjective personal pronouns are "I," "you," "she," "he," "it," "we," "you," "they."

In the following sentences, each of the highlighted words is a subjective personal pronoun and acts as the subject of the sentence:

I was glad to find the bus pass in the bottom of the green knapsack.

You are surely the strangest child I have ever met.

He stole the selkie's skin and forced her to live with him.

When she was a young woman, she earned her living as a coal miner.

After many years, they returned to their homeland.

We will meet at the library at 3:30 p.m.

Courseware 5 : Directions

       The purpose of this courseware to get the students to practice giving instructions to places pointed based on directions to take and other buildings in the vicinity: It's on the left side, in front of the shops. This is a fairly simple role-play intended for beginners (or perhaps even beginners). In short, students will call up their classmates and ask if they want to get proper directions. The student then will discuss on how to get better instruction of directions and how to get to those places in groups.

Courseware 4 : Lagu Patriotik

Assalamualaikum, Salam Sejahtera, Salam 1 Malaysia semua...

Sekarang sudah masuk Februari 2012, sudah lama jugak rasanya saya tak masukkan  courseware terbaru dalam blog ni. Sebagai makluman, paparan pada tahun ini adalah lebih santai berbanding tahun 2011. Maklumlah, dunia makin berubah, tanggungjawab pun makin bertambah, sabor jerlah...hehe! Ok! Pada paparan kali ini saya akan kongsikan sebuah  courseware bertemakan semangat patriotisme. Maklumlah, awal tahun...semangat sikit! 

          Courseware 4 : Lagu Patriotik ini dihasilkan menggunakan Microsoft Office PowerPoint dengan bermatlamat untuk memudahkan para pendidik bagaimana penggunaan TMK dalam bilik darjah dapat diaplikasikan. Ini selari dengan saranan kerajaan yang mahukan para guru mengaplikasikan penggunaan ICT dalam bilik darjah. Dalam kata lain, para guru digalakkan melaksanakan aktiviti pembelajaran secara rojak (blended-learning), pembelajaran masteri (mastery learning), pembelajaran yang menyeronokkan (fun-in-learning) dan sebagainya.

          Lagu Patriotik merupakan satu bahan bantu mengajar yang digubah bagi memudahkan para guru mengajar para pelajar menggunakan TMK dalam bilik darjah. Diharap bahan ini dapat membantu dalam menyampaikan maklumat berkaitan dengan cara yang lebih santai dan berkesan. Ianya juga lebih mudah untuk difahami dengan bantuan gabungan aplikasi ICT dan multimedia dalam pembikinannya. Berikut adalah paparannya:

Courseware 2 : Parts of Body

Teaching young children English (7-10 year olds) is a fun and challenging experience. Children at this age have a lot of energy, so they can be a lot of fun. However, it is a special challenge to harness that energy and focus it on the English lesson.

As a teacher at school before, there are many style of teaching young pupils such as incorporate a lot of songs, dances, flashcards, visuals and movement together in general. But now, we can use a PowerPoint courseware that can be mix this up with our teaching period. In other words there are many things you can do in order to gain your pupils knowledge in attraction on learning English better.

Do you know the words for different parts of your body in English? Using this courseware, I hope it will help you in teaching Parts of the Body to your pupils in class.
